Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Controls Technician to support safe, reliable operation of automated manufacturing equipment for our premium window and door production.

You will troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and VFDs; perform preventive and corrective maintenance; and help improve equipment performance and uptime. You’ll collaborate closely with maintenance, engineering, and production teams in a people-first, safety-focused environment that values craftsmanship, integrity, and continuous improvement.
