Cencora is seeking a Controls Tech II for the 2nd shift in Amityville, NY to support American Health Packaging. You will analyze routine operational data, implement process adjustments to improve efficiency, and coordinate cross-team tasks to ensure timely completion of activities.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, along with 2+ years in facilities maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering technology, electrical engineering technology, mechatronics, facilities management, or related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, maintenance operations, industrial maintenance, building systems, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes routine operational data to support issue resolution and improve workflow consistency.
• Implements incremental process adjustments that enhance efficiency, reduce rework, and improve service delivery.
• Coordinates task dependencies across teams to support smooth execution and timely completion of activities.
• Escalates atypical issues with clear context and recommended actions to support effective resolution.
• Performs assigned maintenance and operational activities to sustain equipment reliability and process continuity.
