Job summary

Allison Transmission is seeking a seasoned Controls Systems Engineer to oversee change management for transmission software and calibration releases. You will coordinate documentation, manage software deliveries across product families, and lead development of calibration delivery systems and tools.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability, data integrity, and regulatory compliance while advancing new features and cost reductions in a fast-paced production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading projects to cost, quality, and schedule targets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate change management for software, calibration, and hardware configurations.
• Manage software/calibration releases across product families.
• Lead CDS/ACCT development and optimization efforts.
• Ensure timely delivery of multiple software and hardware releases annually.
• Document and maintain calibration delivery methods and tools.
