  • Monitor progress of roadmap deliverables to escalte risks and concerns.
  • Ensure the product roadmap is AI-first, partnering with technology teams to embed intelligent assistance and automation into the end-user experience.
  • Deliver iteratively using agile practices and small, empowered teams (e.g., Pizza POD), accelerating time-to-value through rapid prototyping leveraging tools such as Claude Code and/or GitHub Copilot, and continuous feedback loops.
  • Manage relationships with Line of Business and Function Leads and key stakeholders to build-out and maintain long-term roadmaps.
  • Partner with Technology Leads and Product Owners to drive modernization efforts and deliver solutions aligned with the Product roadmaps in a timely manner.
  • Translate higher level strategy and requirements from internal stakeholders into actionable tasks for Product Owners and Agile development teams (e.g., user stories, acceptance criteria).
  • Provide subject matter expertise and impact analysis for projects driven by the Control Management organization to influence end-to-end implementation across the Controls Room teams.
  • Manage and participate in multiple project workstreams concurrently to proactively enhance outcomes, identify effective solutions, and mitigate issues.
