George Koch Sons, LLC in Michigan is seeking an Electrical and Controls Engineering Intern to work with an experienced team on installation, design, and project engineering during an 11-week summer program. Co-op options may be available year-round.
Candidates must be pursuing a BS/MS in Electrical Engineering with GPA 3.0+, willing to travel to job sites, and have knowledge of networks, PLC and HMI programming, and the ability to read electrical schematics.
As an Electrical and Controls Engineering Intern, you will have an opportunity to work with an experienced group of engineering professionals that will not only provide you with challenging work but will mentor and encourage you to learn and grow. Summer intern/co-op experiences will include exposure to installation, design, project engineering, and more! We are interested in candidates who are highly motivated and have excellent interpersonal skills, recognized leadership experience and outstanding academic records in engineering. Generally, undergraduate students selected for the co-op program and internships have completed their freshman year. Summer internships are 11 weeks in length. Co-op education assignments, which are available throughout the year, typically run from 11 weeks to 6 months.
