Job summary

First Quality is hiring for a hands-on role supporting maintenance and engineering operations at our McElhattan campus. You will assist with PM completion, provide floor support, and help troubleshoot day-to-day issues while collaborating with engineers on small projects.

You'll contribute to installing new equipment and revamping the controls department test bench, gaining exposure to manufacturing processes and continuous improvement initiatives within a family-owned, safety-focused company.
