Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field.
- 6+ years in controls engineering within manufacturing or custom machinery.
- Previous leadership or project leadership within an engineering team.
- Strong PLC/HMI programming experience across major platforms.
- Experience with servo systems, motion control, and machine integration.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of controls engineers on automation and build projects.
- Oversee PLC, HMI, motion control, and industrial automation programming.
- Assist with project planning, workload coordination, and technical direction.
- Support commissioning, startup, debugging, and customer-site activities.
- Collaborate with mechanical, manufacturing, service, and PM teams.
