Job summary

Marvin Corp. is seeking a CEPG Controls Engineer to design, implement and support PLC‑driven control systems across our manufacturing and facility equipment.

You will partner with manufacturing, maintenance, engineering and project teams to research, install and upgrade controls, troubleshoot issues and improve efficiency on the production floor. The role emphasizes hands‑on testing, vendor liaison, and training for operators and maintenance staff while adhering to Marvin safety standards and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Two or more years related experience/training required
• Ability to use electrical test equipment and hand tools
• Proficient ability to read and understand prints and schematics
• Knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical and Microsoft Office Suite
• Working knowledge of PLC and Operator Interface programming languages is required
• Ability to travel as required

Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, install and test automation control systems to improve machine efficiency.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and programmatic problems and provide solutions.
• Serve as liaison with vendors for control panels, wiring schematics and components.
• Maintain strong cross‑functional collaboration and train operators and maintenance staff.
• Follow Marvin safety policies and promote safe work practices.
