The role focuses on developing and implementing control strategies for automated production equipment and warehouse operations, including PLC programming and motion systems. Travel is approximately 50%–70%, and collaboration with engineering and maintenance across locations is essential.

Competenze

• Associate degree or 2–4 years related work experience required.
• Advanced PLC programming and motion control knowledge.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex equipment and implement controls solutions.
• Strong analytical, planning, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead through technical expertise and influence decisions across departments.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel 50–70% and work 1st shift.
