Job summary

Thermo Systems is seeking a Controls Engineer III to design, integrate, and deliver automation and control system projects in industrial environments. You will lead portions of projects alongside PMs, engineers, and commissioning teams, ensuring safety, reliability, and alignment with requirements.

This onsite Henderson role requires technical leadership and a drive to grow within a rapidly growing global company.

Location: Onsite in Henderson, NV
Employment Status: Full Time | Direct Hire
Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 per year + Annual Bonus Eligibility
Travel: Field based role - up to 50% travel can be overnight depending on project assignments
On Call: May participate in on-call rotation based on location and project requirements

The Controls Engineer III supports the design, integration, and delivery of automation and control system projects across industrial and mission-critical environments.
