Columbus McKinnon Corporation seeks a Controls Engineer to design, program, and support PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs for material handling equipment. You will translate specifications into electrical drawings, troubleshoot controls, and collaborate with mechanical and software teams during projects.
Travel up to 30% to customer sites for start-ups, commissioning, and documentation, while ensuring safety and lean process improvements across projects.
The Controls Engineer supports and develops controls and electrical specifications for all new and existing equipment. This position is responsible for creating, modifying, and supporting PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs.
