Design, develop & integrate new functionality across all line conversions. Perform detail design reviews for each functionality change developed. Investigate root causes of manufacturing & safety issues. Propose software changes to address issues identified. Create related PLC code documentation, PLC ladder logic comments, written technical configuration. Align technical team to a set of tasks based on PLC optimization. Provide engineering with all documentation & verify all procedures for maintenance are correct for maintenance & operations manuals.
