Job summary

The Burger Union Ltd. in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Controls Engineer with OEM background to lead the controls department and drive project success across our manufacturing platforms.

You will oversee projects, mentor engineers, design Rockwell Control Logix and Guard Logix PLCs, and develop HMIs with Studio 5000 ME/SE, ensuring robust, scalable control solutions for our operations.

Qualifications

• OEM experience in industrial controls.
• Expert-level Rockwell Control Logix/Guard Logix PLCs.
• Hands-on Studio 5000 ME/SE HMIs.
• Experience with Kinetix motion controllers and AC/DC drives.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineering teams on control system projects.

• Develop and optimize HMI interfaces using Studio 5000 ME and SE.
• Configure and troubleshoot Kinetix motion controllers, AC drives, and DC drives.
