Job summary

TRS Staffing Solutions is looking for multiple Controls Electricians to join the night shift team in Randleman, North Carolina. In this role, you will maintain, install, and repair high-speed manufacturing equipment, troubleshoot electrical systems, and ensure operations run smoothly. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in electrical diagnostics and a high school diploma. Proficiency with PLCs and understanding of electrical principles is necessary. Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading/writing wiring diagrams and programming PLCs.
• Basic understanding of NEC.

Responsibilities

Job description

Overview

Our client, a leading manufacturer of disposable food packaging products, in seeking multiple Controls Electricians to join their night shift team in Randleman, NC where your electrical expertise will keep high-speed manufacturing lines running at full power.

You'll work with PLCs, industrial controls, microprocessor systems, and complex circuits to troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade plant equipment and facility systems.

Shift Availability: 8pm-8am

Responsibilities

• Maintain, install, and repair equipment, electrical systems and facility electrical systems.
• Utilize electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, and temperature and pressure gauges.
• Maintain and utilize maintenance systems for work orders, breakdown reporting and track machine modifications.
• Diagnose malfunctioning apparatus such as transformers, motors, and light fixtures. Replace damages or broken components.
• Troubleshoot electrical equipment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in diagnosing and repairing electrical equipment or machinery, or comparable experience with trade school or training.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in reading/writing wiring diagrams, programming PLCs, and a basic understanding of NEC.
• Knowledge of electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, and temperature and pressure gauges.
• Familiarity with a variety of tools and the ability to troubleshoot basic problems.
