Job summary

Aerotek in Lathrop, CA is seeking an Automation Technician to troubleshoot and maintain automated production equipment, PLCs, electrical systems and controls in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting PLCs, HMIs, VFDs and sensors, reading electrical schematics, and calibrating instrumentation; supporting upgrades and root-cause analyses.

This fully onsite contract-to-hire role offers 12-hour rotating shifts (approx.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of PLC/industrial automation experience.
• Experience with industrial electrical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Allen-Bradley/Rockwell PLCs.
• Experience with VFDs, HMIs, instrumentation, and electrical schematics.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lathrop, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
