Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3 years as a Controller or Assistant Controller.
• Hands-on experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and ERP systems is essential.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal control frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day accounting functions including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, inventory.
• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Lead financial audits and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong internal controls and accounting policies.
• Prepare financial packages and KPIs for private equity sponsors.
