Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Construction Project Accounting and reporting
• Procore invoicing, project collections and communications
• Sales tax reporting and compliance
• Effective communication with all members of the project team
• Oversight of and backup for all A/P and A/R functions
• Software process & procedures, maintenance, and updates
• Various monthly accounting functions

Dedicated, enthusiastic and committed individuals with a desire to be part of something great are strongly encouraged to submit their qualifications.Strong computer skills are required. Construction accounting experience is preferred.Experience with Procore and Sage Intacct strongly preferred.This position oversees a full-charge bookkeeper and works under the direct supervision of the Chief Financial Officer.
