Job summary

FBG Services, LLC (FBGS) is a shared services company owned by Flagg Bicycle Group, LLC. The Controller leads accounting, finance, and tax for the holding company and select operating businesses, with direct responsibility for key Board and family-office reporting and overseeing the FBGS accounting team.

The role collaborates with operating leaders, external auditors, tax advisers, and Board committees to ensure timely, accurate US GAAP reporting, strong controls, and sound financial strategy

Qualifications

• Experience leading accounting, finance, and tax operations for a multi-entity holding company.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close and consolidation process, including intercompany activity and journal-entry controls.
• Provide financial oversight and analysis across the portfolio to support leadership and Board decisions.
• Prepare financial reports and analyses for shareholder reports and Board meetings.
• Design, document, implement, and monitor internal controls over financial reporting; maintain policy documentation and records-retention practices.
• Oversee treasury and cash management within the approved scope, including liquidity reporting and banking controls.
