What You’ll Do
  • Oversee client engagements, ensuring delivery is on-time, on-budget, and high-quality.
  • Review, analyze, and interpret financial statements to provide actionable insights.
  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models to guide client decision‑making.
  • Ensure accounting practices comply with GAAP and implement strong internal controls, policies, and SOPs.
  • Manage client banking and insurance relationships, including covenants, renewals, and financial negotiations.
  • Lead and support audits, tax engagements, and cross‑functional client projects.
  • Serve as the client liaison, building trust and ensuring seamless communication between financial and operational teams.
  • Mentor and develop your consulting team to achieve excellence.
What You Bring
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
  • Experience: 5–7 years in accounting, with at least 3 years in a similar leadership/Controller role.
  • Consulting edge: Professional services or client‑facing experience preferred.
  • Skills: Exceptional problem‑solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Tech‑savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook).
  • Credentials: CPA or CMA strongly preferred.
