Job summary

Whitefish Search Partners is seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to oversee the company’s financial records and accounting processes in Saint Paul, MN. The role involves maintaining procedures and controls across accounts and reporting functions.

You will manage GL, AP, AR, payroll and month-end close, develop internal controls, and prepare timely financial statements. Collaboration with auditors and cross-department coordination are essential to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or 5–7 years of related experience.
• GAAP knowledge; CPA preferred.
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills.
