Confidential is seeking an experienced Controller for its growing construction company in Newnan, GA. You will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, payroll administration, and job costing, driving accuracy and efficiency across the finance function.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in accounting, prior controller or senior roles, and experience with Foundation Software. Hybrid/remote flexibility is offered after training, with direct involvement from ownership to influence company

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (highly preferred)
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in construction
• Previous Controller or senior accounting experience REQUIRED
• Experience with Foundation Software highly preferred
• Knowledge of construction job costing and WIP reporting
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting and financial operations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
