Job summary

S&H Farm Supply is seeking an experienced Controller to lead our accounting team and partner with senior leadership on budgeting and financial strategy.

You will supervise the accounting staff, ensure policy compliance, and advise on actions to reduce costs, improve profitability, and mitigate financial risk.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in accounting and CPA certification is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and management about the finances of the business and justify certain financial recommendations.
• Strong math skills to make accurate calculations and estimates.
• Good understanding of international finance.
• Organization and project management.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.

You will directly supervise our accounting staff and ensure all accounting policies are followed.
