Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience with month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting and cash management.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and internal controls; ERP/accounting systems experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end close process, financial reporting, and general ledger accounting.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
• Manage the accounting team, including AP, AR, payroll, and daily accounting operations.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, maintain strong internal controls, and coordinate annual audits.
• Partner with leadership to improve processes and support strategic business decisions.
