We are hiring a Controller to serve as the CEO's right-hand and the owner of financial accuracy across both companies.

This position will take direct hands-on ownership of the month-end process, unify two accounting departments into one, install a close that produces accurate, bank-ready financial statements and on-time company scoreboards every month, own a rolling 12-month reforecast, and oversee payroll. You will work side-by-side with the CEO in Oklahoma City while leading a team based in Lenexa, Kansas.

1.Financial Accuracy & Multi-Entity Close Ownership

Personal accountability for the correctness of every financial statement before it reaches the CEO, across two entities running on two ERPs.

What success looks like

• Direct, hands-on ownership of the close in the early months. Doing the work personally while rebuilding the process underneath it, then elevating to review as the team strengthens.
• Month-end and year-end close for both PMC and Electronic Supply completed on a published calendar, with budgets rolled forward, trailing schedules current, and coding verified.

2.Accounting Consolidation & Process Architecture

The instinct to build durable, repeatable systems: close checklists, reconciliation controls, documentation.

What success looks like

• Two separate accounting departments unified into one team serving both entities within the first year, with clear role definitions and a single close methodology.
• A documented close process that makes recurring error categories structurally impossible, not just individually corrected.
• Internal controls established and maintained across both entities. Segregation of duties, asset safeguarding, fraud prevention, and strengthened deliberately as the two departments unify.

3.Forecasting, Scoreboards & Bank-Ready Reporting

Translating accurate books into forward-looking clarity for the leadership team - and financial statements that meet the professional standard our banking partners expect.

What success looks like

• Company scoreboards delivered on time each month and trusted as the single source of truth in leadership meetings.
• A rolling 12-month reforecast maintained and refreshed at least quarterly, with variances explained in plain language.
• GAAP-level presentation quality.
