Washington Mills in Tonawanda is seeking a Plant Controller to lead the plant's accounting and ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting. This role reports to the Corporate Controller with a dotted line to the Plant Manager, and requires a strong on-site presence to support operations.
Responsibilities include monthly closes, cost analysis, intercompany reconciliation, inventory valuation, regulatory filings, and ERP/IFS implementation support.

The Plant Controller will oversee and administer Tonawanda’s accounting system to ensure all financial reporting, policies, and procedures are in compliance with GAAP and applicable laws. This role serves as a key member of the Tonawanda leadership team and requires a strong on‑site presence to effectively support operations and fulfill position responsibilities. This person will report directly to the Corporate Controller with a dotted line to the Plant Manager.

Washington Mills aims to deliver a comprehensive compensation package. The compensation provided is the national pay range for this position of $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year depending on experience. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
