Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial automation or process control experience.
• Strong experience with DeltaV and/or Allen-Bradley Studio 5000/RSlogix 5000.
• Experience with DCS/PLC troubleshooting in a live manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with HMI/SCADA systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as system owner for the sites control system.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for process control issues.
• Maintain and improve Emerson DeltaV DCS system including configuration, graphics, control strategies, alarms, and historian integration.
• Support and modify Allen-Bradley PLC systems including logic development, troubleshooting, and lifecycle planning.
• Lead and support automation related capital projects, upgrades, and migrations.
• Develop and maintain control narratives, system documentation, backups, and change management records.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and project teams including outside contractors.
• Support cybersecurity, systems patching, and control system reliability initiatives.
• Participate in after-hours/on-call support as required for critical system issues.
