You will lead the integration of electrical and mechanical subsystems, design software controls, and prototype mechatronic devices to meet performance goals.

The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering, CS, or materials science, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with global teams.

The Integration Team is responsible for defining and developing electronic control systems, displays, and the overall feel and operation of the Backhoe Loaders. We support new product development as well as improving and modifying existing products to meet customer expectations. **What You’ll Do (Job Duties)*** Designing advanced electrical control systems and integrating electrical and mechanical systems.* Designing and implementing software and procedures to control and enhance electro-mechanical systems and mechatronic devices performance in collaboration with scientists.* Designing and prototyping mechatronic devices with motors, solenoids, gears, sensors, and springs.* Identifying and addressing areas of product weakness in finished products.* Validating software controls, display functions, and various features on BHL machines.* Operating and becoming proficient with a variety of BHL models and configurations* Troubleshooting, determining root case, and providing solutions to electrical, software, and mechanical issue* Requires a bachelor’s degree in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science curriculum.**What You Have (Core Skills)*** **Analytical Thinking:** Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.* **Communicating Complex Concepts:** Knowledge of effective presentation tools and techniques to ensure clear understanding; ability to use summarization and simplification techniques to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear language appropriate to the audience.
