Muth Power Solutions, a division of Muth Electric, seeks a Control Systems Developer to lead a team in designing, developing and deploying control systems for client projects nationwide.

You will oversee programming, testing, and validation of PLC, DCS and SCADA solutions, collaborating with clients and engineers to deliver high-quality, reliable automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of control systems programmers, providing guidance, direction, and mentorship to ensure project success and team development.
• Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into effective control system designs.
• Develop control algorithms, logic, and software for various applications including process control, motion control, and automation systems.
• Program and configure PLCs, DCS (Distributed Control Systems), SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems, and other control devices to achieve desired functionality.
• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and validation of control systems to ensure reliability, performance, and safety.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in control system programming, incorporating innovative solutions into project designs.
• Provide technical expertise and support throughout all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial concept to commissioning and ongoing maintenance.
