Job summary

Enbridge Inc. in Houston, TX, seeks a Control Room Management Specialist to lead CRM initiatives, ensure DOT-PHMSA and IMS compliance, and advance SCADA reliability.

You will collaborate across Gas Control, Field Operations, and IT to optimize control room performance and incident response. The role requires 5+ years in control center operations, knowledge of pipeline hydraulics, and proficiency with SCADA and BI tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct experience in Control Center operations.
• Experience in gas and/or liquids pipeline operations with hydraulics knowledge.
• Familiarity with DOT-PHMSA requirements and control room systems.
• Ability to work with SCADA and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Southeast Storage CRM initiatives, including program reviews, governance documentation, records and systems management, training, workload assessments, and process adherence.
• Ensure compliance with DOT-PHMSA CRM requirements, IMS requirements, Gas Control standards, and API RP practices while supporting inspections.
• Oversee SCADA alarm management and data integrity activities, including reviews, configuration, and corrections of deficiencies.
• Partner with Gas Control, Field Operations, Technology and Information Service (TIS) teams to support SCADA enhancements and cybersecurity.
• Coordinate incident investigations, fatigue risk management, CRM deviations, and training requirements; maintain audit-ready CRM documentation.
