Young Innovations is seeking a Control Room Machine Operator to support high-volume production of dental products. The role emphasizes accurate weighing, mixing, filling, and packaging in a fast-paced environment with strict safety and quality standards.

You will work with a collaborative production team, report to a Production Supervisor, and follow SOPs to ensure product consistency and reliability. This position prioritizes safety, quality, and timely output while maintaining clean work

Qualifications

• Experience in production/manufacturing/warehouse in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and safety guidelines.
• Detail-oriented with focus on quality and safety while performing repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with reliable attendance.
• Willingness to learn new processes and cross-train in lean manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Set up, operate, and maintain mixing, filling and packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining consistency and efficiency.
• Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and SOPs; perform in-process quality checks.
• Complete production documentation and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
