Holcim Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Control Room Operator in Florence, Colorado. This role involves managing control room efficiency while adhering to safety protocols. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of control room operations experience in a manufacturing plant and a commitment to safety practices.
In addition to managing material flow and quality, the Operator will be responsible for maintaining control room activities and ensuring efficient processing. Holcim Ltd. offers competitive benefits including medical, dental, and retirement savings.
This position reports directly to the Process & Quality Area Manager. All duties are performed in a work‑safe manner; plant safety rules are followed and individuals work as a team member. The primary objective of this position is to be trained in control room efficiency of the Control Room Operator classification.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent or years of equivalent experience.
Required Work Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a control room operation at a manufacturing plant.
Preferred Work Experience: Cement manufacturing (preferred but not required).
