Job summary

Arcosa Wind Towers in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Control/Process Operator (CPO) with night shift premium to roll and re-roll plate, inspect material, and operate burn tables and lifting equipment. This full-time role requires reading blueprints, following safety protocols, and contributing to a high-quality manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include handling plate with mag lifts, blasting and painting, and adhering to overtime/shift schedules as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Ability to operate a lift to move loads up to 30,000 pounds.
• Ability to operate an overhead crane on a production line.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Fluent in reading/writing/speaking English.
• Teamwork and respect in the workplace.

Preferred Qualifications:

Working Conditions:

• Mon-Fri 4:30PM-3:00AM (Subject to change based on business needs), *Mandatory overtime occasional scheduled including weekends
• Work environment includes plant, warehouse, production and non-production areas and plant grounds which operate multiple shifts and frequent weekend shifts
• Ability to tolerate both high and low temperatures, loud noises typical of a manufacturing plant
