Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct basic preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Maintain mobile equipment such as loaders, forklifts, and manlifts.
• Communicate equipment or process issues promptly to supervision.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety requirements and actively support safety improvement initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Summary

The Control/Process Operator supports continuous batch operations by monitoring and controlling automated production systems. This role requires regular area walkarounds, adherence to strict quality standards, and close coordination with team members to ensure safe, efficient production. The operator is expected to identify process deviations and assist in corrective actions while following all safety policies and procedures.

Working Conditions and Physical Environment

This position involves work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, and noise. Duties require standing, walking, climbing, lifting up to 75 pounds, and frequent use of hands and arms. Vision requirements include close vision and depth perception.
