Arcosa Wind Towers in Belen, NM seeks a Machine Operator to roll and re-roll plate, inspect for defects, and operate burn tables and lifts on a production line. The role requires reading blueprints, following safety rules, and potential safety committee involvement.

Minimum 1 year of experience, ability to move up to 30,000 lbs with a lift and operate an overhead crane, and fluency in English are essential. Teamwork and a positive working culture are emphasized.

What you will do:

What you will need:

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Use hands and arms to feel, reach and grasp
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
• Lift and/or move up to 50 pound

Working Conditions:

• Work environment includes plant, warehouse, production and non-production areas and plant grounds.
• This position may require work/maintenance coverage beyond the normal hours, shift, and on weekends/holidays
• Ability to tolerate both high and low temperatures, loud noises typical of a manufacturing plant
• Overtime and Overtime on Saturdays, as needed
• Schedule is subject to change
