Job summary

You will work with site teams and customers to resolve complex issues, improve equipment performance, and keep operations safe and efficient through continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in power generation, plant engineering, industrial, or field operations.
• Strong electrical, mechanical, controls, instrumentation knowledge.
• Experience with root cause analysis and reliability improvement.
• Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel and support rotational coverage as needed.
