Job summary

onsemi is seeking a highly motivated Wafer Fab Operator to join the Manufacturing Operations Team. The role involves loading wafers into production equipment, verifying product specs against equipment settings, and monitoring equipment operation. This is Day Shift 2: Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every Wednesday, 6:30 AM–7:00 PM.

Job Summary:

onsemi is seeking a highly motivated Wafer Fab Operator to join the Manufacturing Operations Team. The role of the Manufacturing Specialist is primarily to load wafers into production equipment, verify product specs against equipment settings, monitor equipment operation, monitor process pace/productivity, and recognize when something is out of adjustment.

Day Shift 2: Thursday, Friday, Saturday e/o Wednesday, 6:30 AM-7:00 PM

Sign-on bonus: $1,500

Sign-On Bonus: Subject to your commencing employment with us, you will also be eligible to receive a sign-on award in the gross amount of $1,500.00, which will be paid in 4 quarterly payments of $375 each (subject to applicable taxes and payroll deductions). The first payment is payable within the first 30 days of you joining onsemi and quarterly thereafter for 3 additional payments. You must be an active employee with onsemi to receive these sign-on awards. In addition, if your employment is terminated with onsemi for any reason, the sign-on award(s) received as of the date of your termination do not need to be repaid to onsemi
