At ACCIONA Energía, we are seeking a Control Center Back Office Manager to join our System Operations Center (CECOER) team. This is a key role within our Operations & Maintenance department, responsible for managing the procedures, tools, systems, and resources that support reliable, compliant, and safe operations. You’ll work closely with our Regulatory Compliance team to ensure all technical and cybersecurity standards are met—especially regarding remote and physical access to our OT network.

You enjoy designing procedures, leading compliance efforts, and using data to solve real-time and long-term challenges in power operations.
