Dauch is seeking a Lab Technician in Newton, NC to support manufacturing and quality objectives. You will read blueprints, apply GD&T, and perform dimensional layouts to ensure parts meet specifications.

You will operate metrology equipment, conduct audits, and document results to support continuous improvement. The role requires 1–2 years of similar experience and a solid foundation in precision measurement and data collection.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma with 1–2 years of similar experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T data.
• Experience performing dimensional layouts and GR&R/capability studies.
• Proficient with metrology equipment and data collection for quality control.
• Ability to perform GR&R and capability studies.

Responsabilités

• Maintain quality for all parts manufactured in plant 1.
• Perform GP12 audits and document results.
• Operate lab equipment in Metrology Lab safely and effectively.
• Inspect and document tooling and components.
