Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) with 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Master’s with 8+ years or PhD/JD with 2+ years.
• Extensive experience in government contracting and contract administration.
• Experience preparing, negotiating, and managing government contracts and subcontracts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate, review, accept, and administer government contracts and subcontracts.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and customer specifications.
• Advise management on contractual rights, obligations, and risk.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve contractual issues and support program execution.
• Monitor performance, deliverables, and contract lifecycle obligations.
