Description
Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of low Earth orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world. We are looking for a talented Contracts Manager to support this new and exciting initiative.
The role involves drafting and negotiating various contracts including MSAs, work orders, licensing agreements, and marketing, sponsorship, and promotion agreements. Additional responsibilities include process improvement, compliance research, problem solving, interacting with clients and outside counsel, coordinating legal research, conducting trainings, drafting and implementing policies, and managing projects.
You will collaborate with our in-house legal team and business units such as marketing, engineering, and product management to design the customer experience. The ideal candidate can handle high volumes of tasks quickly, respond promptly to urgent situations, work independently, and solve problems affecting multiple groups.
Export Control Requirement: Candidates must be U.S. citizens or nationals, U.S. permanent residents (Green Card holders), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as refugees or granted asylum, due to export control laws.
