Decima International is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager (OFCI and Vendor) to handle contractual responsibilities for major data center construction projects in Corsicana and Sweetwater, Texas. This position involves managing the complexities of vendor contracts and owner-furnished equipment, ensuring all parties meet their obligations and regulations.

The ideal applicant will have over 7 years of direct experience in contract management and a bachelor's degree in a related field. The company supports professional growth while emphasizing a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in managing construction contracts, vendor contracts, and OFCI equipment interfaces.
• Direct experience with major capital construction programs in data centers or similar environments.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and manage complex contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the contractual boundary between owner-purchased equipment and contractors.
• Administer the OFCI Responsibility Matrix and related contractual mechanisms.
• Manage equipment handover and risk-of-loss obligations at delivery points.
