Role Overview:

Interiors Contracts has an opportunity for a Manager, Contracts to join a high‑performing team of experienced Contracts professionals supporting our business. This role may be remote, hybrid, or onsite in one of several U.S.-based offices. The successful candidate will bring strong commercial aerospace aftermarket contracting experience – particularly with airlines and airframe manufacturers – and will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, a commitment to producing clean and professional documentation, and a consistent ability to follow established processes and standards. This individual will be an adaptable, collaborative team member with excellent soft skills, strong organizational discipline, and a genuine eagerness to learn. The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
