What You Bring

• Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 6+ years
• Contracts Expertise: Deep knowledge of government contracts, subcontracts, and proposal support
• Business Acumen & Execution: Ability to make sound business judgments, handle multiple contractual activities with a short turn‑around time, and work independently as well as part of a Team.
• Negotiation Mastery: Expert‑level skills in complex terms and condition negotiations
• Regulatory Knowledge: Working expertise in FAR/DFAR, OTAs, CRADAs, and commercial agreements
• Security Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI with polygraph required

Location

Hybrid position working at customer sites in Northern, VA, Washington, DC and Bethesda, MD. Must be comfortable working at a customer site a minimum of two (2) days a week and traveling to meetings as needed.

Pay Range

Pay Range $92,300.00 - $166,850.00
