Amazon.com Services LLC in Austin, TX seeks a Contracts Manager to manage negotiations and documentation across professional services, benefits, HR services, travel, tax, legal, marketing, technology and construction.
You will own end-to-end contract strategy, interface with Legal, and coordinate with Global Category Managers, delivering timely, compliant agreements while handling multiple projects with autonomy.

As we rapidly become the world’s largest consumer of corporate services in many categories, the Global Corporate Procurement team is seeking a Contracts Manager to join our team to manage negotiations and documentation of a variety of third party contractual relationships in spend categories to include: Professional Services, Benefits, HR Services, Travel, Tax, Legal, Marketing, Technology, and Construction.
Contract Managers play an important role at Amazon, responsible for managing the full end-to-end contract strategy, which will include formulating the commercial deal terms, and representing the business while interfacing with the Legal team through to the conclusion of the contracting process. The ability to orchestrate multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills will be important in the day to day responsibilities of this role within the Global Corporate Procurement department. The Contract Managers are expert practitioners in formulating strong legal positions both pre and post business award. They will work efficiently and independently, managing a high volume of tasks and projects with little guidance, react with appropriate urgency to matters which require a quick turnaround, and think creatively and proactively in order to solve problems.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
