The Legal and Risk Management team is responsible for all legal and legal‑related matters such as litigation, contracts, compliance, and driving record policies. This is a diverse, complex, and often unpredictable portfolio of challenges.
The Contracts Manager will be responsible for the review, negotiation, and management of contracts and subcontracts for our construction operation teams.
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.
Education: Bachelor’s degree.
Licensure/Certifications: N/A
Experience: Five (5) years of directly related experience in contracts management, working in‑house within a corporate legal department or in a law firm setting. Construction experience, preferred.
