ACT is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the full lifecycle of our government and commercial contracts, from pre-award negotiations through closeout. This highly visible position will partner with Sales, executive leadership, customers, and internal teams to manage contractual risk, maintain compliance, and support ACT’s continued growth in the defense and aerospace markets.
Due to ITAR requirements, candidates must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3).
