Job summary

Mission Multiplier is seeking a Contracts Manager in Huntsville, AL to manage IDIQ contracts and related task orders for the U.S. Army.

This role is contingent upon award of contract and involves serving as the primary contact for government contracting, coordinating modifications, and ensuring compliance and timely responses to solicitations. Qualified candidates will have at least 10 years of experience (including management), a B.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience, including management experience.
• B.S. degree in Contracts or Business, or related field, from an accredited university or college.
• Currently possesses, or has the ability to obtain and maintain, a U.S. DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer IDIQ and task orders.
• Monitor contract requirements, terms, conditions, deliverables, and compliance obligations.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for contractual matters with government contracting personnel.
• Coordinate contract modifications, amendments, extensions, options, and other contract actions.
• Review solicitations, contracts, task orders, and modifications for contractual and business requirements.
• Support preparation and submission of proposals, quotes, pricing information, and other contractual responses.
• Track contract milestones, periods of performance, funding, ceilings, and option periods.
• Maintain contract files and ensure required documentation is complete and properly maintained.
• Monitor subcontractor and vendor contractual requirements, as applicable.
• Identify potential contractual risks, compliance issues, and required actions and coordinate resolution.
• Support contract closeout activities and ensure completion of outstanding contractual obligations.
• Provide guidance to internal personnel regarding contract terms, requirements, and applicable government contracting procedures.
