Job summary

AnySignal is seeking its first Contracts Specialist to own daily commercial contracting operations. You will handle intake from start to finish, draft and redline standard agreements, and maintain templates and records to ensure fast, accurate access for the team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in contracts administration or related role.
• Experience drafting and redlining commercial agreements independently.
• Ability to operate without a large legal department; improve processes.
• Strong organizational discipline to track obligations and deadlines.
• Clear written communication with non-legal partners in sales, finance, and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Triage contract intake end to end from first draft to signature.
• Draft, review, and redline NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, purchase/supply, vendor/consultant, and teaming agreements.
• Develop and maintain contract playbooks and templates for consistency.
• Own contract lifecycle system: repository, key dates, renewals, and deliverables.
• Support export control, cybersecurity, and reporting terms for gov/prime work.
• Coordinate signature, execution, records retention, and align finance/sales on status.
• Assist GC on enterprise compliance projects, entity records, policy, insurance, and audits.
