Qualifications

• Experience as a Paralegal is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a library of standard contract templates.
• Provide assistance with contract reviews and comparisons.
• Maintain, update and monitor the company’s database of contracts.
• Assemble contracts for review and execution.
• Act as point of contact for Legal Department.
• Head compliance tracking efforts.
