The Roux Institute at Northeastern University seeks a Contracts and Budget Manager for the Rural Health Transformation Program in Portland, ME. You will manage contracts, sub-awards, and hospital efficiency funds, supporting compliance with university policy and government rules.

This role requires strong financial acumen and cross-functional collaboration with OGC and finance teams. You will oversee pass-through funds, invoice tracking, and vendor coordination across a fast-moving state

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in business administration, public administration, finance, or related field.
• 4-6 years of relevant contract/grants administration experience preferred.
• Experience drafting/sub-award processes, invoicing, and compliance knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of contracted vendors and sub-award agreements.
• Administer pass-through funds and hospital efficiency fund agreements.
• Track approvals, deadlines, and invoicing across multiple vendors and hospitals.
• Coordinate with Office of General Counsel and NU finance teams.
